* We clean garments with utmost care, using methods best suited to their material and condition.
* We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions such as weak fabric, unstable dyes, or stain reactions. Any such damage identified after cleaning will not be covered.
* Customers are advised to check pockets and remove valuables prior to submission. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items or accessories left in garments.
* Garments without care labels, with delicate/fragile designs, or with pre-existing stains are accepted at the customer’s risk.
* Certain stains may be permanent in nature. Cleaning charges will still apply irrespective of stain removal results.
* Customers must verify that all items match the receipt at the time of pickup. Claims for missing items will not be entertained thereafter.
* In case of fire or any unforeseen incidents, liability will be limited to 1000 or up to 7 times the cleaning cost of the garment, whichever is lower.
* Customers are eligible to receive up to 7 times the order value of the item as a refund in case of any damage or loss of the article. In such cases, the disputed item will be retained by the company.
* In case of slight damage, a refund of three times the laundry service value will be issued. In cases of torn or completely damaged items, a refund of 3 times the service value will be provided upon retaining the damaged item.
* In case of any processing quality issue, customers are entitled to free re-processing of the garment.
* “Order value” refers to the processing cost charged for the item after applicable discounts, as reflected in the invoice.
* Customers are requested to inspect garments at the time of delivery. Any damage, loss, or quality-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Complaints raised after 7 days will not be considered under this policy.
* All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka only.

– If a payment method fails, you agree to promptly provide us with a new payment method.
7. Refunds and Claims
