Fresh Threads Rewards Program by Laundry Socials
We’re excited to introduce the Fresh Threads Rewards Program, launching on 1st December 2024! This program is designed to reward our loyal customers with points for every service they use, making your experience with Laundry Socials even more rewarding.
What’s New?
Starting 1st December 2024, you’ll start earning points for every transaction. We’re also incorporating all previous points from past transactions into the new program. If any points from earlier purchases are missing, we kindly ask you to let us know so we can manually update your points balance.
How It Works:
Earn Points
For every ₹100 spent, you’ll earn 10 points (10% of the amount spent converted to points).
Points to Currency Conversion
Points can be converted into wallet credits at a 20% rate.For example, 400 points will convert into ₹80, which can be redeemed for any future service.
Minimum Points to Redeem
You need a minimum of 400 points to redeem, which will provide you ₹80 worth of service.
Program Details
- Your mobile number will be linked to the reward program, and your points will be associated with the number registered in our system.
- Important: The loyalty offer cannot be clubbed with multiple phone numbers for residents living in the same household. Only one phone number per household can be linked to the rewards program.
